How it started
BoThai, a Thai restaurant situated in Gozo, was born out of a passion for Thai cuisine and a desire to bring the authentic flavors of Thailand to the local community. The founders, a group of individuals who shared a deep appreciation for Thai food and culture, embarked on a journey to create a dining experience that would transport diners to the vibrant streets of Thailand.
The concept of BoThai started taking shape as the founders immersed themselves in the intricacies of Thai cuisine. They researched traditional recipes, studied cooking techniques, and sought out the best quality ingredients to ensure an authentic culinary experience.
The location of Gozo was carefully chosen for its serene atmosphere and the growing interest in international cuisine among the local population. The founders believed that Gozo presented an excellent opportunity to introduce Thai flavors and culture to the island's residents and visitors.
The interior of BoThai was designed to reflect the rich cultural heritage of Thailand. Thai-inspired décor, warm colors, and traditional elements were incorporated to create an inviting and immersive ambiance.
